Panel Presentation on Successful Anticoagulant Safety Programs in New York

In follow up to the statewide webinar on evidence-based safety practices for the management of anticoagulants, this webinar will focus on New York hospitals’ efforts to improve medication safety with safe anticoagulant therapy programs. Innovative, proactive tools and strategies to assist hospitals in addressing errors associated with prescribing, dispensing, and administering medications will be discussed.

How to join the Webconference

• Your unique Attendee ID number: ____ (Assigned when you log into the Webconference) You will need to key this number into the telephone to ensure your computer and telephone are linked.
