Achieving Sustained Improvement in Nursing Quality Webconference

Monday, September 24, 2012
10:00 am – 12:00 pm
National experts from the American Nurses Association’s National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators® will describe how hospitals have used NDNQI comparison data to achieve sustained improvement in the quality of nursing care.

You will learn how to drill down through NDNQI performance reports to find the information you need to identify and understand quality issues, how to develop an intervention, and how to use NDNQI reports to monitor your progress toward sustained improvement.

You will also learn more about how nursing quality indicators can lead to improved nursing quality and patient outcomes through an actionable data-driven process.

NDNQI is the preeminent global nursing quality measurement – and the only national program – which provides hospitals with unit-level performance comparison reports to state, national and regional percentile distributions.
