NYSPQC/NYSPFP Obstetrical Improvement Project Data Webinar

This training Webinar will provide guidance on how to submit data on the NYSPQC Scheduled Delivery Form through the Department of Health’s Health Commerce System (HCS) website. This covers the same content as the webinar on September 13. Additional webinars will be scheduled for those who cannot accommodate this Webinar into their schedule.

How to join the Webconference

Begin logging on 15 minutes prior to start time:
1. Click on the following link to begin logging on: https://nyspfp.webex.com/nyspfp/onstage/g.php?d=644959499&t=a
2. Enter your name and e-mail
3. Enter the case-sensitive password: Portal123
4. Click the "Join Now" button.
5. Fill in any additional information requested.
6. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom right-hand side of your screen.

After loading, a pop-up box will appear with the following dial-in instructions:
• The toll-free phone number:  (877) 668-4493
• The Meeting ID number:   644 959 499
• Your unique Attendee ID number: ____ (Assigned when you log into the Webconference) You will need to key this number into the telephone to ensure your computer and telephone are linked.)

NYSPFP/NYSPQC encourages your OB team to participate in this webinar, particularly the data leads and any other key staff that will be involved in data collection and submission.
