NYSPFP Regional Conferences: The Nuts and Bolts of Anticoagulation Therapy

5/16/2018, 5/24/2018

NYSPFP, in collaboration with the Society for Hospital Medicine (SHM), is pleased to announce The Nuts and Bolts of Anticoagulation Therapy, two regional, in-person conferences to be held at upstate and downstate locations.

Expert faculty, selected by SHM, will present the latest, evidence-based best practices for safely and effectively optimizing anticoagulation therapy during inpatient care and care transitions. Each session will cover:

• Innovations in performance improvement strategies to enhance anticoagulation management
• Protocols, order sets, and other key interventions to hardwire anticoagulation safety

Each conference will provide continuing medical education credits (CMEs). The CMEs can also be used toward American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) certification and New York State pharmacists' licensure requirements. Please refer to the appropriate credentialing or licensing agency for questions about CMEs.
