NYSPFP Webinar: The Impact of ASP on MDROs: Myths, Legends, and Strategies Proven to Reduce MDROs

On April 11, NYSPFP will host a webinar featuring Keith S. Kaye, MD, MPH. Dr. Kaye is Professor of Internal Medicine and Director of Clinical Research in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the University of Michigan Medical School and President of the Board of Trustees for the Society of Healthcare Epidemiology for America (SHEA).

Dr. Kaye will dispel myths and legends about the antibiotic stewardship program’s (ASP) impact on the incidence and emergence of multi-drug resistant organisms (MDRO). Dr. Kaye will also detail effective strategies for implementing an ASP program, including the specific components that make the ASP program most effective.
