NYSPFP Unit-Based Safety Webinar: Engaging the Frontline

On March 21, NYSPFP will host a webinar to help hospitals develop unit-based improvement initiatives and enhance their implementation by using unit-based key strategies. The webinar will feature two speakers who will highlight practical approaches to creating effective unit-based quality improvement teams.

NYSPFP highly encourages the participation of attendees of the December NYSPFP conference, Unit-Based Safety: Engaging the Front Line, which was held in both Syracuse and Manhattan. Materials and recordings from that conference are available on NYSPFP's website.

Who Should Attend

Please share with your OB/GYN physicians and team! NYSPFP also encourages general surgeons, anesthesiologists, operating room nurses, infection preventionists, and pre-admission office and surgical clinic staff to attend the webinar. Other physician and nurse surgical subspecialists and quality improvement/patient safety staff involved in reducing SSI rates are also encouraged to attend.
