NYSPFP Webinar: Antibiotic Stewardship/MDRO/CDI Phase II Kickoff: Actions to Support Optimal Antibiotic Use

On, July 12, 2017, NYSPFP will host a webinar introducing Phase II of the HIIN Antibiotic Stewardship Program (ASP). The webinar will focus on strategies, tools, and resources to help hospitals implement policies and interventions related to Core Element 4 of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s "Core Elements of Antibiotic Stewardship Program:" Actions to Support Optimal Antibiotic Use.

The NYSPFP ASP faculty members will address numerous topics, including policies that support optimal antibiotic use, broad interventions that can lead to improved antibiotic use, pharmacy-driven interventions, and infection- and syndrome-specific interventions.
