Implementing Rapid Improvements in Sepsis Care

NYSPFP concludes its monthly series on sepsis process improvement for HEN 2.0 with a webinar on September 15 focused on performance improvement activities to increase bundle compliance to improve care for sepsis patients. Sam Shields MBA, LSSBB, CPHQ, Director of Operational Excellence at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, will share the process improvement approach which allowed Dartmouth-Hitchcock to achieve rapid diffusion of compliance and improvements across their system.
