Culture of Safety Survey Webinar: Interpreting Results and Action Planning

NYSPFP recently administered the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture as a resource for participating hospitals. This webinar will provide information on how to interpret hospital-specific NYSPFP Culture of Safety Survey Reports in addition to how to use the results as actionable information to drive improvement.

The webinar will feature guest speaker Paula Kent, R.N., B.S.N., M.B.A., who is the Patient Safety Coordinator at the Johns Hopkins Medicine Armstrong Institute for Patient Safety and Quality. Ms. Kent is responsible for the administration of the Safety Culture Assessment Survey at Johns Hopkins Hospital house-wide annually, along with conducting analysis and debriefings. She has been with The Johns Hopkins Hospital for more than 30 years and has an interest in measurement and monitoring of the performance of health care organizations to improve the culture of safety and delivery of safe patient care.

Who Should Attend
