Please join us for the NYSPFP Culture and Leadership in-person conference, The Role of Leaders, Followers, and Culture in Preventing Harm on September 11 in Syracuse and September 12 in Manhattan, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The focus of the conference is on the role of hospital leaders in advancing a culture of patient safety.

the art and science of leadership in preventing harm;
the role of culture, normative pressure, and mindfulness in enhancing safety; and
New York State hospital leaders sharing their innovative strategies and best practices for improving patient safety culture.
