NYSPQC/NYSPFP Educational Coaching Call

Maternal hemorrhage risk assessment tools will be reviewed during the July 15 NYSPQC/NYSPFP Obstetrical Educational Webconference, including a focus on the tool developed by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) District II Safe Motherhood Initiative. This webinar is intended for a multidisciplinary audience of obstetricians, midwifes, nursing staff and quality improvement professionals and will provide information on assessment tools to help hospitals identify potential opportunities for improvement in their maternal hemorrhage emergency response protocols.

How to join the Webconference

(begin logging on 15 minutes prior to start time)

2. Enter your name and e-mail
3. Enter the case-sensitive password: Improve0617
4. Click the "Join Now" button.
5. Fill in any additional information requested.
6. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom right-hand side of your screen.

After loading, a pop-up box will appear with the following dial-in instructions:

• The toll-free phone number: (877) 668-4493
• The Meeting ID number: 648 637 784
• Your unique Attendee ID number: ____ (Assigned when you log into the Webconference). You will need to key this number into the telephone to ensure your computer and telephone are linked.

Who Should Attend

NYSPFP/NYSPQC encourages your OB team to participate in this webinar together. This includes, your OB clinical and data leads and any other key staff that will be involved in implementation and data collection and submission.
