Susan Edgman-Levitan, PA, Executive Director, John D. Stoeckle Center for Primary Care Innovation, Massachusetts General Hospital; Tanya Lord, PhD, MPH, Patient Engagement Consultant at Foundation for Healthy Communities New Hampshire, and others, will join members of the New York State health care community in presenting strategies for implementing structures that support engagement and involving patients through operational processes at the bedside.
