Integrating "Just Culture" into Daily Practice: NYSPFP Culture & Leadership Webconference

NYSPFP is pleased to continue to support hospitals in building an organizational safety culture to provide excellent patient care. This webinar, Integrating Just Culture into Daily Practice, will feature David Marx, Chief Executive Officer of Outcome Engenuity and Founder of the Just Culture concepts. Mr. Marx will discuss the core concepts of a just culture—including the behaviors, skills, and strategies that are central to transforming an organization’s culture. Sandra Coletta, President and Chief Executive Officer of Kent Hospital, and Chief Operating Officer of Care New England, will present on her experience in implementing a just culture at her organization.

How to join the Webconference

5. Fill in any additional information requested.
6. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom right-hand side of your screen.

• Your unique Attendee ID number: ____ (Assigned when you log into the Webconference) You will need to key this number into the telephone to ensure your computer and telephone are linked.
