Innovative Pressure Ulcer Prevention Strategies, Including Nutrition Interventions

This webconference will feature Joyce Black, PhD, RN, CWCN, CPSN, leading national pressure ulcer expert and former President of the National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel (NPUAP). Dr. Black, an Associate Professor in the College of Nursing at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, will highlight innovative pressure ulcer prevention strategies on this webconference, including a focus on the importance of early nutrition screening and assessment as well as ensuring adequate dietary intake to maintain nutrition and hydration status, among other strategies.
