Successful Approaches to Reduce Insulin-Related Adverse Drug Events

In follow up to the statewide webinar on evidence-based safety practices for the management of insulin, this webinar will focus on New York hospitals’ innovative efforts to improve insulin-related medication safety including proactive tools and strategies to assist hospitals in addressing potential errors and assuring safe transitions in care.

How to join the Webconference

4. Click the “Join Now” button.
5. Fill in any additional information requested.
6. Click the “Submit” button at the bottom right-hand side of your screen.

After loading, a pop-up box will appear with the following dial-in instructions:

• The toll-free phone number: (877) 668-4493
• The Meeting ID number: 640 986 852
• Your unique Attendee ID number: ____ (Assigned when you log into the Webconference) You will need to key this number into the telephone to ensure your computer and telephone are linked.

This Webconference will be presented with Closed Captioning.
