Preventing Hospital-Acquired Venous Thromboembolism Webconference

This webconference will focus on multidisciplinary approaches to the elimination of preventable hospital-acquired venous thromboembolism (VTE) and the adoption of best practices to prevent VTE. Hospitals will be encouraged to share their successful VTE reduction program components, talk through challenges and barriers to improvement, as well as measure requirements.

How to join the Webconference

5. Fill in any additional information requested.
6. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom right-hand side of your screen.

• Your unique Attendee ID number: ____ (Assigned when you log into the Webconference) You will need to key this number into the telephone to ensure your computer and telephone are linked.

This Webconference will be presented with Closed Captioning.
