Top Ten Ways to Identify, Track, and Trend ADEs

This webinar will focus on quantitative and qualitative ways to identify, track, and improve various ADE in high alert medications. Specifically, attendees will learn about monitoring processes that can be implemented to identify the occurrence of adverse drug events and strategies and best practices from which efforts can be focused to develop programs to meet individual hospital needs. Additionally, this webinar will focus on approaches that include the use of hospital information technology and innovation.

How to join the Webconference

2. Enter your name and e-mail
3. Enter the case-sensitive password: Alert123
4. Click the "Join Now" button.
5. Fill in any additional information requested.
6. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom right-hand side of your screen.

After loading, a pop-up box will appear with the following dial-in instructions:

• The toll-free phone number: (877) 668-4493
• The Meeting ID number: 643 935 971
• Your unique Attendee ID number: ____ (Assigned when you log into the Webconference) You will need to key this number into the telephone to ensure your computer and telephone are linked.

This Webconference will be presented with Closed Captioning.
