Fall Prevention: Leveraging Health Information Technology and Data for Improvement, Sustainability, and Next Steps

This webinar will highlight innovative, action-oriented strategies to prevent falls in hospitals. Specifically, attendees will learn about ways in which to tailor fall prevention efforts to individual patient needs using health information technology. Additionally, this webinar will focus on fall prevention approaches that include involving patients and their families as part of the overall team efforts, and how to use data to tailor efforts in a more patient-centered manner.

How to join the Webconference

2. Enter your name and e-mail
3. Enter the case-sensitive password: Improve123
4. Click the “Join Now” button.
5. Fill in any additional information requested.
6. Click the “Submit” button at the bottom right-hand side of your screen.

After loading, a pop-up box will appear with the following dial-in instructions:

• The toll-free phone number: (877) 668-4493
• The Meeting ID number: 643 944 238
• Your unique Attendee ID number: ____ (Assigned when you log into the Webconference) You will need to key this number into the telephone to ensure your computer and telephone are linked.

This Webconference will be presented with Closed Captioning.
