The Healthcare Association of New York State (HANYS) and the Greater New York Hospital
Association (GNYHA) are pleased to announce the New York State Partnership for Patients
(NYSPFP), an initiative to reduce hospital-acquired complications by 40% and
preventable readmissions by 20%.
The NYSPFP will support New York State hospitals as they continually strive to provide
the safest and finest patient care. Through their strategic partnership, HANYS,
GNYHA, and key stakeholder organizations across the state will provide resources,
cross-cutting improvement strategies, high-quality educational programs, and tailored
support to their member hospitals participating in NYSPFP.
Hospitals will find valuable resources on this Web site to share and communicate
with both NYSPFP sponsors and their peers.
